To use your bracelet with essential oils, simply apply a drop or two of a skin-safe, properly diluted essential oil to one or more lava beads. Allow the oil to absorb before wearing to avoid any direct skin contact with undiluted oils. This method provides a gentle, wearable way to enjoy aromatherapy wherever you go.

Notes on Use with Essential Oils:
I have used them this way at home. What I have learned is that the oil sinks in a bit, but it's best to apply a drop to one bead and maybe another to a different bead and let it lay on a paper towel. After a few minutes, thoroughly wipe away excess oil and wash your hands well. The oils does not sink in all the way. That is why you should take these steps.
Also, out of an abundance of caution, please do not use this way with children under 12 as many oils are not kid safe or need dilution. Be aware of your oil's composition. Some of it is not skin safe without dilution or could be phototoxic. In these cases, make yourself a properly diluted essential oil blended with your favorite carrier oil (1% dilution is best here) and then use that instead. Dilution charts are available from planttherapy.com and others. However, they are my trusted resource as they work from the knowledge of Robert Tisserand.
